Where does Paloma Wool ship from and which countries do you cover?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries via express courier services.

What is your return policy?

You can return any unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and items must be in their original packaging with tags attached.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

For orders within the European Union, VAT is included. For international orders outside the EU, duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
